How to: Change Record or Template displays

You can change the look of your records or templates in a variety of ways.

Some of these changes can be made part of your default display, others are only temporary.

If you change the default displays for a template and then choose "View|Make default for records", these changes will become defaults for viewing all templates.

If you change the default displays for a record and then choose "View|Make default for records", these changes will become defaults for viewing all records.

These display changes can be saved as default displays:

• Expand to Level
• Labels
• Show/Hide ...

• Autosize Columns to fit
• Grid Lines
• Un-tree/Flatten
• Wrap Text column

• Change Text Font
• Highlight by level
• Customize Levels
