Alternate Labels in RIMMF4

Overview

The options form described on this page provides a framework by which the user can design their own element labels for some views of their records.

The general workflow for doing this is as follows:

	* Export a complete set of RDA labels

RIMMF4: LOG OF CHANGES

Release 20230614

+ When importing external records RIMMF assigned its own identifer as the primary label
for the record, even when an Appellation element or nomenString was present. This would be
evident if viewing the EI or links to Nomen records. (Once the record was opened in RIMMF and saved, though,
the problem would be automatically corrected).
The importer now uses the same code as the editor to determine the 'best appellation' to use.
